Collection and Storage of Information:
We will collect certain personal information, including your name, address, and e-mail address, when you register for our services or purchase our products. We maintain this information in our customer database. Cookies are not used on this site to gather information about you. A cookie is stored on your computer for the shopping cart and payment processing to work, this cookie is deleted as soon as you close your browser. One other cookie is used to remember your login details and shopping cart content for the next time you visit our website.
Use of Information:
The information you provide is used to 1) provide the service or product requested. 2) to enable us to send the product you bought and to contact you regarding your order. 3) Once a year we may send out a Newsletter by E-Mail. The newsletter contains Health-, and Product related information only or may offer you a gift voucher. If you ever want to stop receiving this newsletter, there's a link just for that purpose at the bottom of every e-mail send. Also the information you provide us, will not be forwarded to any third party.
Vouchers / Adwords:
Adwords discounts and Vouchers can not be redeemd in one order! For that reason Vouchers will be deleted when Adwords discounts are applied, thank you for your understanding.
Also Adwords discounts are usually valid for 24 hours only.
Returns / Refund policy:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product please get in touch with us. Full refund is given minus postage and handling if returned unopened in 14 days. Defective or damaged goods will be returned and replaced at our cost.
Shipping:
For shipping within New Zealand we use FastWay couriers, New Zealand couriers or ParcelPost. They normally deliver within 3 days on the North Island and within 4 days on the South Island. All rural deliveries take 1-2 day(s) longer and our couriers do not deliver during weekends.
For orders to a RD or PO Box we normally use ParcelPost, their target delivery is 2-4 working days.
International Shipping:
At present we don't ship outside New Zealand. Please visit our sister company Holistic Wellness for overseas orders, thank you.
